Can I make changes to an existing design?

Of course! We love customizations. Some customizations, however will incur an additional charge. Please email or contact us prior to ordering if you wish to make any changes to layout, fonts, graphics, etc. We will let you know if the changes are feasible and if they would incur an additional charge.

Can I see a proof before I pay?

We are so sorry. Due to the volume of orders and the time that goes into them, no work will be performed on any design (including custom designs) until the payment or a deposit has been made. Therefore, we can not show you a proof of something before you purchase it. For some high dollar item orders, we will have you submit a deposit in order for proofs to be started and then have you pay a second balance invoice after proof approval.

Digital Order Shipping

All printable (digital) orders will be sent via email within 3 full days of order placement excluding Sundays and holidays. If for some reason you do not see your order, please check your spam folder as sometimes large file downloads will end up there. If you do not see your order in spam, please email us directly at lovelylittleparty@gmail.com.

Printed Order Shipping

All printed orders will be mailed within 3 full days of proof approval/submission to printer excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. You will be notified with a tracking number if applicable as soon as your product ships. If you have any concerns about your printed products, please email us directly at lovelylittleparty@gmail.com. If you have a short timeframe i.e. less than 2 weeks before you need an item, please notify us so that we many try and expedite it for you. Additional charges may apply for expedited orders. Note: No pricing information is included in the packaged order.

Stamp Shipping

Our stamp products ship very quickly. If you requested a proof, they will ship within 2 business days of proof approval. Otherwise, they will ship within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and Holidays). Note: No pricing information is included in the packaged order.

Returns or Cancellations

You may cancel an order within 12 hours of placement unless a proof has already been created and sent.

We do not accepts returns but please contact us if you have any problems with your order. If your item arrives incomplete or damaged, we will be sure to get you a new one ASAP.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, We can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Digital downloads - Due to the nature of digital files and the design work involved, no refunds will be issued once an order has been sent to your email inbox.

  • Color Variance on Printed Orders
    There will be absolutely NO REFUNDS for color variance on print orders. Please understand that there is no way to guarantee that the color onscreen looks exactly the same on paper. There is a light source on computer screens making colors appear illuminated. Professionally printed items typically have a slightly darker, richer color.
